Blue Moon

Ethan Hawke is such a gift to cinema. That man completely submerges himself in every role he takes on.

Every character we interact with tells a story, no matter how how long we spend with them; we know what kind of person they are, how they feel towards Lorenz and my favourite, the level of patience they convey towards him. It translates so well due to it's relatability. We all have an old personality lingering in the local, full of stories that they're waiting to trap you with.

I don't really have much else to say about this movie. It succeeded in giving Ethan Hawke a stage to remind us why he's one of the greats and I loved this little pocket of the world that we get invited into.
